Executive Director New

The Arkansas Nurse Practitioner Association is seeking an Executive Director to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to collaborate with the ANPA Board in driving the growth and success of the organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Executive Director is responsible to the Arkansas Nurse Practitioner Association (ANPA) Board of Directors for conducting, developing, and maintaining professional relationships for the Association. The Executive Director collaborates with the Board to formulate and achieve ANPA’s goals, mission, objectives and policies and their attainment. The Executive Director reports to the President of ANPA.

Responsibilities

• Administration and support of the Board of Directors
• Association and program management
• Fiscal management and budgeting
• Membership communication and public relations
• Coordinates and facilitates annual Board orientation

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
• Experience in a non-profit organization is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptable with strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
• Experience in fostering collaboration and teamwork among staff and volunteers
• Financial acumen; fundraising and grant writing experience a plus
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to travel as needed 

Time Commitment

Approximately 20 hours per week initially

Salary Range

Negotiable.  This is a contract position without benefits
