2020 Conference Poster Presentation Deadline Extended- December 14

Thank you for submitting your abstracts for poster and podium presentations at the 5th Annual Spring Conference.  The education committee is reviewing the abstracts and will contact you soon.  We are extending the opportunity to submit abstracts for Poster Presentations until December 14.  Categories for Poster Presentations include: primary care, acute care, pediatric, women’s health, mental health, and practice issues.  

Poster presentations:  Posters should not exceed 36” x 48”.  Posters will be on display April 17, with presenters being at their poster at designated times.  Submit proposals through the Google form: CLICK HERE.
