Governor Proclamation Information

The photo opportunity with Governor Asa Hutchinson this morning was productive. We are proud of the Nurse Practitioners that took time out of their busy schedules to attend. In addition to the photo, the Governor was engaging. He was quite interested in our practice leading to a great discussion about Medicaid PCP status. Dr. Mason, Medical Director for MEMS in Little Rock, spoke to him about the importance of NPs in Arkansas Healthcare. We were excited upon our exit that we were asked for additional information and national statistics about NPs as PCPs across the country.
