Congratulations to ANPA Educational Grant Recipient

We are thrilled to announce that Genie Milone is the recipient of the Winter ANPA Educational Grant! With so many incredible candidates, the selection process was truly challenging. Each nomination was outstanding, making our decision both difficult and inspiring.  ANPA is excited to support Genie's journey and look forward to witnessing the great strides she will make with this grant. Congratulations, Genie! 
Genie is a senior graduate student pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice with major in Family Nurse Practitioner. She is conducting research to evaluate cultural connectedness among healthcare providers and how it affects the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder in minority populations. Genie has been a registered nurse for six years and currently works in the intensive care unit. Upon graduation she plans to pursue a career in rural family practice, caring for patients of all ages.
