To follow-up on the article you wrote in the September 2025 ASBN Update, so although the acts have passed, until the new rules are approved and published, we still cannot do any of the changes yet, ie delegate to MAs?

Incorrect. You are able to delegate according to what is written in Act 959 for delegation. I would recommend pulling the statute from the legislature's website so you can read it for yourself. Once the Rules are approved and in effect, there will be more guidance on what that delegation should look like. We anticipate a public comment period within the next couple of months. Make sure to follow the Board on socials if you want to be part of that process.
