Hurry Nominations and Elections are closing soon

It isn't too late to nomimate yourself for the position on the Board of ANPA as a District Representative. Members of ANPA who have a deep interest in building the NP profession in AR have this outstanding opportunity to lead through working with ANPA to develop and facilitate ANPA district activities. Networking and communication at the district level will make the prescence and voice of NPs stronger as we approach the future of NP legislation, educational and professional demands, communication among colleagues, and essential collaboration. District Representatives serve 2 or 3 year terms of office.

You may nominate yourself for President-Elect if you have been a member of the ANPA Interim, past, or current Board of Directors.  The President-Elect serves 1 year before becoming the President. After 1 year as President, the President becomes the Immediate Past President.

The process is not difficult:

  1. Nominate yourself at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/523WSJ3
  2. Write 3 statements about what you can bring to ANPA as an elected officer
  3. Provide a 200 word biography
  4. Submit your application by July 31, 2016

District 2 – South East AR
• Counties: Chico, Ashley, Drew, Desha, Bradley, Cleveland, Lincoln, Jefferson, Arkansas, Clarendon, Monroe, Grant, Phillip, Lee, Prairie
District 3 - Central AR
• Pulaski, Perry, Saline, Benton, Sheridan, Jefferson, Lonoke
District 4 – South West AR
• Polk, Montgomery, Garland, Hot Springs, Fordyce, Calhoun, Ouachita, Union, Columbia, Lafayette, Miller, Nevada, Hempstead, Little River, Sevier, Howard, Pike, Clark, Dallas
District 5 – North West AR
