Welcome to ANPA Executive Director Caitlin DeVore

The Arkansas Nurse Practitioner Association is excited to welcome Caitlin DeVore to our team as our first Executive Director.

The Executive Director fills a part-time position that provides administration and support to the Board of Directors, facilitates association and program management, collaborates on fiscal management and budgeting, and enhances membership, communications, and public relations. 

Caitlin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in program management within the healthcare research field. Her journey in research began at the University of Arkansas, where she earned a Master of Arts in Sociology and gained hands-on experience through a graduate assistantship and a graduate research assistantship. These opportunities allowed her to develop a strong foundation in research methodologies, project coordination, and effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. She is a Research Program Manager at the National Center for Opioid Research and Clinical Effectiveness, dedicated to advancing healthcare through innovative research initiatives that improve patient care and outcomes. 

 The skills that Caitlin applies to drive the success of impactful research programs will be crucial in her role with ANPA. Since joining our team on March 1, Caitlin has focused on becoming familiar with ANPA's work and processes and supporting the upcoming conference. Over the next few months, Caitlin will become more involved in the day-to-day  operations  of ANPA, our online presence, member communication, and event planning.
